Form 4
$50.00
Form Four is the form you’d demonstrate when asked to show what American Kenpo is about, if you have the time. It is the longest form in the system, because it covers a large and vital subject almost on its own: major in-flight attacks such as punches. Its theme of intersecting circles (figure eights) makes it one of the most fluid and best-loved forms to perform and to watch. It was also originally designed to be the last form of the system.
